What should customers know about your pricing? I offer transparent pricing with no surprises. Bookkeeping services are typically structured as fixed monthly packages or project-based engagements, depending on the scope of work. Cleanup projects and advisory/CFO services are priced separately based on complexity and business needs. Referral appreciation incentives are available. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My onboarding process is structured but simple: Discovery Call - We discuss your business, goals, challenges, and current systems. Financial Review & Assessment - I evaluate your books and identify gaps or opportunities. Proposal & Pricing - You receive a clear scope of work and pricing structure. Agreement & Onboarding - Secure document sharing and system setup. Implementation - Cleanup, organization, or monthly service begins. Ongoing Reporting & Advisory - Regular communication, financial reports, and strategic guidance when applicable. My goal is not just to “do the books,” but to create clarity and structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accountancy. I have 7 years of bookkeeping experience and 4 years of experience preparing personal and corporate tax returns. I am a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and continuously pursue advanced training in financial reporting, systems optimization, and advisory services.
