Jason from Joe Cole Plumbing was great — on time and did an excellent job installing the toilet. Unfortunately, I was charged an extremely high price for a cheap toilet and told it was cheaper to replace than repair my original one. As a senior who trusted their advice, I now feel misled and overcharged. Excellent installer, but disappointing business practice.
