- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$250 service call includes 30 minutes up to 3 hours. It is the same price, unless I need to make a parts run and pay for material. Price will vary if material is needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call, leading up to a site visit to discuss the job, options, and pricing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended 4 years of school and an 8,000 hour apprenticeship before passing the electrical journeyman exam
