We provide clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of work. Every project is different, so pricing is customized after reviewing plans or completing an on-site walkthrough. We do not believe in hidden fees. Any changes to the scope of work are discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the project and goals. From there, we review plans or perform a site visit, provide a detailed estimate, and discuss timelines. Once approved, we handle permitting (if required), scheduling, and project execution from start to finish, keeping the client informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured General Contractor with hands-on experience across residential and commercial construction. Our background includes reading and executing construction plans, coordinating trades, managing inspections, and ensuring all work meets local building codes and industry standards.
