Introduction: Gayap Consulting is a micro business consulting firm founded in 2022, by sisters Malika & Jamila, co-founders of the Caribbean online grocery and subscription box service - Callaloo Box We bring to the table over 40 years of combined real-world experience in marketing, database analysis, customer relationship management, operations management, process re-engineering & online store management. Having worked both in Corporate America and running our own business we believe that we offer a unique perspective to partner with micro-businesses to help them achieve their goals. We want to empower, inspire and support micro-business owners as they build their business, with a focus on customer data, business processes and strategic thought.
