- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before looking for a web designer, make sure you do your homework first. Research what you envision your website to look and function like. Visit your competitors' sites. Make notes of page structures, looks that appeal to you, example of websites that you like. Then put together an outline of pages, sub-pages, and maybe even a little description of what each one might have as content. For ex: will the page have a video? a contact form? informational content? Once you do this, you will be much more prepared to talk with a web designer and you will be able communicate your web needs much more effectively.
