- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are a LOCALLY owned and operated business, we would like to keep your business and make sure you are taken care of, and satisfied. So we do work with our customers to get you the best price, without cutting corners!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start with a phone call, figure out what the customers problem is. Get the address, and showing up to evaluate the problem as fast as possible. When we do that, we will give you your options, and your price for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone at Ac Allstars has been to HVAC school, and is certified. And we also keep up any with any OSHA certifications, and all updated product certifications.
