- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my cases are handled on a flat fee basis. I offer interest free payment plans if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually there is an initial telephone call where I get basic information. I then try to obtain a police report to understand the facts of the case as told by the police. Then, we schedule an in person appointment to discuss the case and how best to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During law school I worked for a local criminal defense firm; I clerked one summer for a criminal judge; and I interned for the Broward prosecutor's office during my last semester of law school. I spent three years as a Broward county prosecutor and have had my own law practice since 2005.
