Introduction: I work hard for my clients. With 20 plus years of legal experience, I have an excellent working knowledge of the law and how to apply it to my client's specific set of facts to get the best possible outcome. With experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, I have tried over 160 jury trials and handled thousands and thousands of criminal cases. I am a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court of Appeals, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, National College for DUI Defense, and the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. I have been recognized by the National Advocacy for DUI Defense as one of the top 100 DUI lawyers in South Florida and recognized by the National Directory of Who’s Who of lawyers. Experience matters. I enjoy getting great results for my clients. Nothing is more satisfying than getting case charge reduced or dismissed and your client being able to get on with their life. After everything is done and your client says "thank you for what you did," it does not get any better than that.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a general idea of legal fees however each case is different. The fee for a case will depend on the amount of work that will go into the case.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I meet with a potential client, the most important thing is to be honest. I do not want to create a unrealistic expectation. I evaluate the case based on the information provided and quote them a reasonable fee for my services.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I regularly attend seminars that keep my knowledge of the ever changing law current. The seminars involve both lectures and hand on practice of the profession. I also stay current on the law by reading new case law that is created by appellate courts.
