Had a family member represented by Mr.Direnzo . He was flexible, fair, communicated promptly and professional during the experience. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general idea of legal fees however each case is different. The fee for a case will depend on the amount of work that will go into the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a potential client, the most important thing is to be honest. I do not want to create a unrealistic expectation. I evaluate the case based on the information provided and quote them a reasonable fee for my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend seminars that keep my knowledge of the ever changing law current. The seminars involve both lectures and hand on practice of the profession. I also stay current on the law by reading new case law that is created by appellate courts.
