We have a methodology matured over a decade to help executive teams who are facing complex competitive decisions (i.e. the outcome depends on others' decisions as much as theirs). To name a few examples: a) a company spin-off where there may be several suitors, reaction from regulatory agencies to the deal, supplier reactions, etc. b) a team deciding the best way to enter a new country where domestic competitors have substantial power to affect pricing c) large industrial manufacturer preparing for a collective labor agreement with unions, etc. In a few workshops, they gain tremendous understanding and alignment of their strategic options. Our facilitation techniques expand on the best "soft" practices by using iPads and real-time analysis on-site in the workshops, so we can give immediate feedback and accelerate the cycle of "aha's!". Overall, 1-2 weeks elapsed from start of engagement to the final recommendation is what we need to get these executive teams prepared.
