- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that most dog walking and pet sitting can be pricey. I try to give the customer the best rate that we both feel is appropriate. In the past I've used pet sitters for my own vacations and I've spent more money to pay them then I do for my own vacation. I like to offer a fair price that's affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meeting with the client and their pets and we discuss a price. New clients will receive 10% off for their first job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always owned dogs and cats and I've been pet sitting and dog walking since I was a teenager.
