De Armas Electric found the perfect solution. I wanted to install a chandelier where there was no electrical wiring. I live in a condo apartment with concrete ceilings. Multiple electricians said that it was impossible or wanted to install wire molding (it would have looked horrible). Randy quickly solved the issue installing a small transformer and using a flat cable that's paper thin, he even used compound to blend it with the ceiling. I'm more than happy with the result. Calling De Armas Electric and having Randy take care of my project was worth every penny.

When I needed to baby proof my house, my father-in-law recommended me to call Randy. I did so, he responded immediately and I decided to hire him. Half of my house was intermittently losing power. After trying several contractors who couldn’t respond to my emergency or gave me obnoxious prices, I called De Armas Electric and got scheduled for that same day. Randy showed up on time, great manners, located the faulting wires right away and got my issue solve in no time. Pricing was very reasonable, and he’ll be my go to electrician going forward.
