FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing just because there are so many different variables that come in to place when it comes to giving an estimate. So what I do is I come to the customers house to give them an estimate for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts out with a phone call or text regarding the work detail and an appointment is made so I could come and evaluate the job, or I could also start and complete the job the same day. It is important for me to evaluate the job to gain more information so I could give a more accurate estimate that works for both the customers and myself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've had several customers who have asked me to install pendant lights in their kitchen area overlooking a bar, island, or counter. There was no existing wiring or switch on the wall so I had to design and measure the exact location ans install electrical boxes for the wires to go. I also had to install a switch box for the pendant lights to operate on a switch. In South Florida, there are some insurance companies that no longer insure homes if a specific brand of electrical panel is installed. Being that safety is very important when it comes to electrical panels, we uninstalled the unsafe panels and installed new ones that up to code.
