- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my photography services include a flexible pricing structure, which is determined by the type of photoshoot and the length of shoot required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more people I photograph, the more I’ve come to realize something: a great portrait is a collaboration between photographer and subject. I like to understand what my client wants from a session, such as what kind of location they want, do they want more 'natural' photography rather than formal, and also if they've ever had a professional photoshoot before. That way, I can be better prepared to provide more accurate advice and guidance. I also provide an 'Essential's Guide' PDF to all my clients which highlights exactly what they can expect from the a shoot with me, what the process includes, recommendations on what to wear, and also what happens after the session has ended, such as how long it takes for them to receive their edited images. I offer a very personalized service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully qualified Photographer gaining a Diploma in Photography through the Institute of Photography.
