- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the total size of job, permit needed or not, existing fence removal or not, and installing in ground or existing concrete surface.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, onsite walk-thought with customer which a property survey is recommended. If customer agrees with price and scope of work and permit is needed we ask a for only a $500 deposit. When permit is approved the 50% remainder is due to schedule install date. We usually can start around 7-14 days from permit approval. When job is finished or inspection is passed the final payment is due with customers satisfaction off course. Financing available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience in the fence industry and I require a 5 year min. on all my foremen/main fence installers.
