We provide clear, itemized estimates with no hidden fees. All pricing is explained upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Labor and basic construction materials are included, while finish materials (tile, flooring, countertops, fixtures, etc.) are chosen by the customer to match their budget. We offer flexible options so you can add or remove items based on your needs. Any changes during the project are handled through written change orders—no surprises. Discounts may be available for multi-room projects or returning clients. We always aim to deliver high-quality work at competitive rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be smooth, clear, and organized from start to finish: 1. Initial Contact & Consultation We connect to discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. Photos or plans are reviewed to understand the scope. 2. On-Site Visit (If Needed) We visit the property to take measurements, evaluate existing conditions, and confirm the details required for an accurate estimate. 3. Detailed Estimate You receive a clear, itemized proposal outlining labor, materials, and all options so you can customize the project based on your needs. 4. Planning & Material Selection Once approved, we help coordinate material choices (tile, cabinets, fixtures, etc.) and finalize the project schedule. 5. Construction & Updates Our team completes the work with professional craftsmanship. You receive updates at key milestones, ensuring transparency throughout the project. 6. Final Walkthrough & Completion We inspect the completed work together to make sure everything meets expectations. Only then do we finalize the project.
