I try my best to do the work like if it was for my own, I don't cut corners or look at my watch to see how long a job is taking. to me the most satisfying is to please the customer but I the same time I have to please my self because I am my own critic. I have always gotten enjoinment out of fixing things, it is like a challenge when I get to fix something and if I'm successful with the end result is like winning a game or a race, is a nice feeling at the end of the day.

No I don't, I buy good tools and the experience that I have acquired with time of on the job training and common sense that you can't teach that,

I have always enjoy fixing things since I was younger, I have Business partner & we own rental property so I have been involved in getting things fixed, replaced ETC. for the last few years.
