I had a crisis. Done Right Handyman was the first to respond. They communicated with me until the service call could be scheduled late on a rainy Saturday. I had a wet basement and a leak in a second floor bedroom. Within 5 minutes of the service call the sunk pump was operational. Within an hour the basement was cleaned. Within another hour the source of the second floor leak was assessed and a window sealed shut to stop a draft. This family owned business delivers on quality service and value.

I am very happy having Done Right Handyman replaced my kitchen faucet. First, the customer service is excellent: friendly, super responsive and professional! The handyman is very skilled. Nice job done! In addition, the price is reasonable! I really enjoyed their service and will continue to ask them to work on all my house projects going forward!

Great work, efficient, responsive and great value. I needed to seal possible rodent entry points and after speaking to many handyman with exorbitant prices for such a small job (1,000 to 2,000 were some of the ridiculous quotes I was getting) I ran into these guys. Fair pricing good work done in a timely manner. I would recommend and will use again.

The entire crew was great to work with. I would highly recommend the Done Right Crew. Jen was super responsive and was helpful with all my questions. The crew (Fred and Chris) were very polite and ensured that everything was done to our standards.
