- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base home inspection starts at $525 for single-family homes. Condo/apartment inspections start at $325. I provide straightforward, no-hassle pricing with no hidden fees. Add-ons like 4-point or wind mitigation as add ons are discounted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once booked, I confirm the appointment details and location. On inspection day, I arrive early, introduce myself, and walk you through what to expect. I inspect the home top to bottom using professional tools and take detailed photos. After the inspection, you’ll get a clean, easy-to-read report within 24 hours. I’m always available to explain the findings or answer follow-up questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my training and certification through InterNACHI, one of the most trusted home inspection organizations in the country. I’ve also studied Florida-specific inspection standards, passed the state licensing exam, and regularly complete continuing education. On top of that, I’ve had hands-on experience working in construction, utilities, and public works, which gives me a strong foundation in how homes are really built and maintained.
