- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although it is true that we are not the cheapest in the market, our quality and the level of satisfaction of our customers is excellent. We are very careful with our customer service listening and understanding the needs of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to understand the needs of our clients and understand the dimensions of their properties in order to provide the most accurate estimate possible. However, if you as a client do not give us the opportunity to get to know each other, you will never see how good we are and with the care and detail that we work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our workers receive two weeks training before establishing a full-time job in our company, the training lies in establishing techniques that meet the needs of the client and make the work process more efficient.
