I booked several private training session with Miguel and it was life changing. It is life changing because he incorporates affective training regiments and you can see and feel results. Having a professional boxer giving you private lessons is a bonus because Miguel does have real combat experiences and he is not afraid to share it with his clients. Not only you're getting boxing lessons, but you're also getting secret training exercise he does when he prepares for his fights. Our kids took 5 years of Martial Arts at another "ok" school. But since beginning with Sean 8 months ago, they cannot stop raving about his training techniques and neither can I. I like to focus on individual training, taking into account the student's personal needs and limitations. The ancient martial arts Teachers used to train students individually. Group classes did not exist. There was a secrecy issue also in those days. Martial Arts were not commercialized.

I first met Sensei Barry Stephen when he was instructing at FAU 9 years ago. I have been with him ever since. I have lost 50 Ib. I have been receiving Karate, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Kickboxing lessons from him. I am about to be tested for my Black Belt. I have a Black Belt in Judo and KAJUKENBO, however, I consider receiving a Black Belt from Sensei Stephen to be the most important and the most valuable part of my martial art journey. I did private self-defense lessons with Ken and he is an amazing teacher. He's very kind and professional and sends weekly encouraging texts/updates! He works you physically and mentally, so by the end of it I not only know the techniques (that actually work in the real world) but I also have the confidence that I can use them if needed.
