- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always excited to gain a new customer. We are honest, reliable, and enthusiastic; friendly, but respectable.. We believe that integrity is the cornerstone of good business and we conduct ourselves professionally. We always go the extra mile to respect your property and you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will review the request and provide a polite introduction. If additional information is needed in order to provide a fair estimate we will inform the client and request to speak by phone. Once hired we will provide a date and timeframe. We will contact client 30-45 mins prior to arrival. We will arrive, greet the client, provide a business card, inspect the job, discuss any questions or concerns, and begin the service process. At job completion we will conduct a final review with our clients to ensure we met their expectations. Our job is not complete until you are satisfied. We will thank our customers for the opportunity to serve them. We will request payment to close the job out and leave with each of our clients our hopes of doing business again in the future and / or being referred by them for new job opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our supervisory team consists of several U.S. Veteran volunteers who have served in various theaters of operations across the world and provide logistical and business support to our teams. Our teams consist of Students, Graduates, and Professionals with a variety of educational backgrounds.
