I hired Jonathan to do a pretty extensive condo renovation project including replacing all interior wood trim/doors, new flooring, designing and installing a new door in a vanity area, adding electrical outlets, and repainting of entire space. I had received quotes and talked to a number of contractors before deciding on Jonathan. His pricing was all inclusive and guaranteed (which I loved) and was competitive. More importantly, since it was so extensive, I moved to my NJ home for 3 weeks while the work was going on so had no day to day oversight which made me a bit nervous. No worries....when I came back the work was done on time, on budget and I was extremely pleased with the quality and the results. Jonathan and his crew even put my pictures back up on the walls! I have already contracted with him for another project and would highly recommend his services.

Jonathan and his crew redesiged and built our laundry/pantry area, rebuilt a staircase and installed a nautical theme handrail system. The work is of the highest quality and his crew are friendly, polite and professional. We've already recommended JLB to our neighbors and we will ask JLB before anyone else for any future work we may have done.

I contracted Jonathan to install an impact door with glass with a custom size door frame. Jonathan and his partner were very efficient and concerned about doing the job right. They even cleaned up the unexpected mess from sanding (not something every contractor would do). I ended up needing additional work done on the door frame which he didn't charge extra for. They also spent a lot of time making sure everything worked properly before considering the job complete (Door was secure, opened and closed, locks worked, etc.).
