Jonathan Braverman is a craftsperson/contractor with a great team, who will work with you to develop creative strategies, including, for example, repurposing 200 year old barn boards, to stay within budget, while achieving a unique and practical outcome. The job he did for me (converting my laundryroom into a micro-kitchen AND 3/4 bathroom for an efficiency for my dad, was complicated and required significant tweaking along the way, but he never threw up his hands, or became frustrated, and he provided extras at no charge, like building a custom linen closet in my tiny bathroom. His team is very helpful, too, and did not mind taking a few minutes here and there to provide assistance with other projects around the house unrelated to the contracted work. My existing interior walls were not up to their standard, so they went ahead and improved the surrounding walls, too---making the whole room look great.

Jonathan came to my aide in an hour of need. He was prompt and thorough in his responses and follow up. He delivered all that he did he would to button up my condo before Irma. Went from no protection to what I'm hoping is enough. Thank you Jonathan for all your hard work.

I contracted Jonathan to install an impact door with glass with a custom size door frame. Jonathan and his partner were very efficient and concerned about doing the job right. They even cleaned up the unexpected mess from sanding (not something every contractor would do). I ended up needing additional work done on the door frame which he didn't charge extra for. They also spent a lot of time making sure everything worked properly before considering the job complete (Door was secure, opened and closed, locks worked, etc.).
