I am still in the process of interviewing landscaping companies, but I wanted to share my experience with Epic Landscaping so far. Their team is highly communicative and responsive, and both the sales reps and designers have been very kind. However, I’ve felt a bit unheard regarding my actual needs, as they have struggled to land on a design that fits what I am looking for. I was recently transitioned to a different designer. Unfortunately, even though I explicitly emailed the first designer to say I was unavailable at the proposed time, the second designer showed up anyway during a work meeting I was in. Despite the scheduling mix-up, she was very sweet and a bit more attentive to my feedback. I haven't made my final hiring decision yet, but I wanted to highlight both the great customer service and the areas where coordination and design could improve

Alex at Epic Landscape did great job refurbishing our landscaping in front yard and pool area. He was prompt, responsive, gave us a competitive proposal, and started and completed the job very quickly. Quality of his plants was excellent. He Designed and replanted our live plant walls, they are beautiful now. Unfortunately we seem to be unable to get him back for Phase 2! But they are 5 star for sure.

In order to be competitive to the quality of work and material, prices may vary depending on the size, condition, and difficulty of the job. For Us, it is important to devote time to details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment to discuss your ideas and develop a design or sketch. Once the estimate is approved, we will ask for a deposit and provide a timeline for the job. The balance will be collected once the project has been completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the last 18 years, we have designed landscaping throughout south Florida. Since day one, we have been doing cad designs and working in the plant industry and we own multiple plant nurseries.
