The prices vary job to job but the craftsmanship stays the same.Each job has its own demands and constraints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first introduce ourselves with a quick bio of us , then get to know the customer briefly. We then LISTEN and formulate a plan to address their issue the most cost effective way possible. We relentlessly chase perfect customer satisfaction. Customer service is our number one priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am a member of ALOA, IAL, SAVTA AND AIL the major licensing and education organizations in the USA. I am also a member of SOPL ( society of professional locksmiths)
