Danny (Daniel) is a great guy. He really went the extra mile to make sure our lock set worked despite there being missing parts from Home Depot. He is smart and good at what he does. He was prompt and had some great ideas to make everything work well. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality lock install and rekey done right the first time!

Short version: Very responsive, accountable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Priced semi-competitively. Would definitely recommend and hire again. ---- Narrative version: Price is comparable to other quotes with similar price breakdown. Danny was able to accommodate me after work on the same day we spoke. When he hit traffic he let me know right away what his new ETA was (and ended up making it before then) to keep me in the loop. While here, he made sure he was clear on exactly what I needed before he began (though it wasn't a complicated job, he double checked anyways), explained what he was doing as he went, and answered any questions I asked. After he installed the lock, he decided it wasn't moving smoothly enough and took the entire thing apart to do it all over. I wouldn't have noticed the difference if he hadn't pointed it out, but now it's pretty apparent. There was a slight issue between the old deadbolt's frame and the new one, but he knew exactly what needed to be done to manipulate it and had it corrected in seconds. All in all, he was very communicative, knowledgeable, and genial. When I woke up this morning I didn't even consider I'd have this taken care of today, but Danny made it happen with very little effort on my part.

We first introduce ourselves with a quick bio of us , then get to know the customer briefly. We then LISTEN and formulate a plan to address their issue the most cost effective way possible. We relentlessly chase perfect customer satisfaction. Customer service is our number one priority.

Yes I am a member of ALOA, IAL, SAVTA AND AIL the major licensing and education organizations in the USA. I am also a member of SOPL ( society of professional locksmiths)
