I apologize that this review has taken as long as it has. Daniel is the consummate professional. He kept in touch with me from the time I contacted him concerning a difficult situation till he was able to take care of it for me. He is prior military as am I and treated me with ultimate respect. Daniel explained how vulnerable I was with even the dead bolts I had. He quickly re-keyed locks for me - explaining every step of the process and switched out the dead bolts for me that had left me vulnerable to being a victim. I would and will definitely use him again AND HIGHLY recommend him to anyone for small to large jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first introduce ourselves with a quick bio of us , then get to know the customer briefly. We then LISTEN and formulate a plan to address their issue the most cost effective way possible. We relentlessly chase perfect customer satisfaction. Customer service is our number one priority.

Yes I am a member of ALOA, IAL, SAVTA AND AIL the major licensing and education organizations in the USA.
