- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We keep our prices low through the steady and high volume of jobs we do, and we have a price match guarantee that other companies don’t have. We always want to make sure that our customers are getting the best value for their money. Depending on the job, we try our best to quote flat price without any hidden charges. We charge a minimal service fee for mobile services after business hours, and we do promos and discounts on the regular.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new customer or job, we obtain all the information we need to assess the service needed, then we explain to them what needs to be done in non-technical terminology, then we give them a no-obligation price quote. We ensure that our customers are fully aware of the service to be provided before we actually start the job itself. We work with our customers to ensure that they are satisfied and that they know the job gets completed the way they want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our locksmiths undergo extensive training, dependent on whether they will specialize in automotive or residential and commercial work. There follows shadow training under a senior locksmith who will guide the new locksmith until he is confident and knowledgeable to do work on his own. Every new locksmith goes through a 3-month probationary period, after which he becomes a licensed locksmith apprentice.
