We teach the traditional Japanese martial art of Aikido. Our mission is to preserve Aikido's tradition, while continuing to develop and improve the art itself for utmost efficiency and effectiveness. Aikido is a system that develops the mind, body, and spirit. It is also a practical method of self-defense for men, women, and children of all ages. Our style combines weapons (sword and staff), as well as empty-handed techniques.
