My pricing is fair and upfront no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. I charge based on the type of service and parts needed, not by inflated shop rates. Because I come to you, you save on towing or shop markups. I also offer discounts for returning customers or multiple services booked together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, I start by asking a few questions about your vehicle and the issue you’re having. I then give you a clear estimate and an honest assessment before doing any work. I show up on time, bring the right tools and parts, and make sure you understand exactly what’s being done before and after the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent years working hands-on with engines, brakes, electrical systems, and diagnostics. I trained under experienced mechanics and continued to grow by working on a wide range of vehicles from small cars to trucks and SUVs. My approach combines technical skill with real-world problem-solving.
