Sorry I had gotten groomers mixed up , you groomed my dog Teddy I was super pleased with the service which after waiting 2 days was finally done , I was quoted one price and got charged another , my Teddy was not aggressive , no matting , as the groomer said he was very calm a little nervous but that’s about it , I had given the ok for a muzzle which he said he didn’t need , I will use this service again once my recurring billing gets resolved .

The punctuality and communication is a 10/10!!! The work it self was amazing, I’m very happy with the final result, I own a German Shepherd and he is a lot of work but Victoria is a professional and did an excellent work.
