Our experience with Luigi was great. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment quickly because he had a cancellation. Our little girl is very anxious and he handled her beautifully and did a great job on her haircut. Only nitpick is that Luigi does not express the anal gland and that would have been desirable, but we'll definitely call Luigi again for a great grooming.
