- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We recognize that finding mold or water damage in you home can be unexpected and you might not be prepared for when a fire happens. That is why we offer FREE full on-site inspections and directly bill your insurance company. If you are a customer that does not have homeowners insurance we will work with you to provide an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we assess the damages at the property and do a leak detection for water damage. For mold remediation we do a visual inspection and for fire damage we do emergency board up. If there is no power we can provide a generator.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IIRC certified in the state of Florida and trained for water damage and experts in mold remediation with the DBPR.
