- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee that includes both the travel fee and up to two notarizations. This makes pricing simple and transparent — no surprise costs or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For mobile notary appointments, customers simply choose their preferred date and time when booking. You can provide the address where you’d like us to arrive, or we can agree on a convenient public meeting location such as a library, coffee shop, or office. Before the appointment, we’ll confirm the details, review the required documents, and ensure you have valid identification. Our goal is to make the process smooth, punctual, and stress-free from start to finish.

We are NNA certified, background screened, and bonded to ensure every notarization is handled with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Our certification through the National Notary Association reflects our commitment to accuracy, compliance, and trustworthy service for every client.
