- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Notarization Fees Standard Notary Fee: $10 per notarized signature Mobile Service Fee: Additional travel/convenience fee to come to your preferred location I also specialize in notarizing estate planning documents (such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives). Ask me about convenient packages for these services. I bring notary services directly to you at your home, office, or hospital—making the process simple, convenient, and designed around your schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let us know the type of document, whether witnesses are required, your location, confirm you have valid photo ID, and that all signers will be present on the day of the appointment. Witnesses – If witnesses are needed, we recommend using a neighbor, colleague, or friend. If that’s not possible, we can provide a witness for an additional fee. Payment – We accept credit cards, mobile payment apps, and cash for your convenience. Appointment – We travel to your location at the scheduled time to complete the notarization quickly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Florida notary and an NNA-certified Notary Signing Agent. Additionally, I have received specialized training as a loan signing agent through the Loan Signing System. My background in real estate and insurance has given me a unique perspective on the importance of precise and reliable notary services, which is why I was drawn to this profession.
