- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us with their needs though Thumbtack or call or text directly. We ask that you send your location and have your picture IDs ready; we discuss the customer's needs and fees; we set an appointment and come to you at the agreed upon time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed and certified by New York State Certified signing agents by NNA. Insured and bonded.
