Vladimar, the CEO of this agency was incredibly accommodating, professional, and understanding. We had an emergency and he came to our home at 11 o’clock at night for us to have the needed documents notarized. Two days later we needed more documents notarized and since he was in the neighborhood, rather than have us travel with an ailing family member to his office, he came to us.
