- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system. I feel this would be a disservice to my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because the law is always fluctuating, I always engage in continuing education to stay sharp and on the top of my game for my customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Based upon my extensive experience with attorneys from my years as a law enforcement officer, I realized I could provide a better and less expensive service to the public as a paralegal and mediator.
