What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s a contingency fee contract- I don’t get paid unless I recover money for the client. The percentage is 33.33 plus costs (costs usually are under $100 before filing a lawsuit).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or zoom consultation to discuss the process and make the client feel comfortable understanding what happens during a claim.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9+ years in personal injury, started by representing the doctors and then moved on to representing the injured
