I've been working with More Than Muscle for many years. Dave has created an amazing workout program including which exercises, meals, plus he is encouraging the entire time. Be warned though you will be buy a lot of new clothes because old ones just won't fit. He checks in with you and actually cares about his clients, quick to change things if they need to change. Extremely knowledgeable and see my self working with him till I can't workout anymore
