I started working with Dave through his online coaching a little over a year ago and the experience has exceeded every possible expectation I came in with. Dave helped me go from my worst to my leanest ever in only 16 weeks. There is zero chance I could’ve ever figured out how to do that on my own. Beyond that, he’s taught me a lot about health through regular bloodwork, supplementation, and clear detailed explanations in my weekly check-ins. My mindset is also the best it’s ever been regarding food as he’s taught me to be kind to myself and learn to balance everything in the healthiest way possible. There are many pieces to the puzzle, and “going to the gym” was pretty much the only one I had going in—Dave helped me put the rest together.

Dave is an amazing trainer! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all things fitness and truly knows how to motivate his clients. He not only helped me transform my workouts but also guided me in changing my diet, which made a huge difference in seeing real results. I’ve worked with Dave for awhile now, I took his online personal training course & they where of huge benefit. He’s super responsive whenever I had questions, needed help or clarity on something. 10/10 would recommend if you’re somebody on the fence of wether or not you’re looking to make a positive change in your personal fitness.

Dave is nothing short of amazing! Definitely the most involved coaches I've ever had experience with. His attention to your diet and program down to the smallest thing. Also he is always available for me when ever I am struggling with anything from the diet to the work. He is quick to talk me down and assure me to trust the process. I have known Dave for about 6 years now. He has helped me achieve the physique I never knew was possible. His attention to detail, knowledge and understanding is beyond any other coach I’ve ever worked with. As a female bodybuilder my health and wellbeing is number one priority. Dave takes every precaution, reads your bloodwork, and makes sure your hormones are operating properly before putting you on any type of nutrition plan or regimen. This is not something all coaches do! Being a trainer myself and athlete all my life, it’s hard to find someone who is able to push me past my limits. That goes without saying when it comes to Dave! Not only have I achieved the physique I always dreamt of, I have learned so much about this journey and bodybuilding process.
