- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like the customer to know that pricing will be set at a fair and Professional standard, to get you the coverage, expertise, and skill you want, to guarantee you the results you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new customer is to send out a questionnaire or speak directly to the customer about their upcoming event/shoot. That way the customer can be clear on what's expected and required from us. Inform us on the overall goal for the shoot, and allow us to understand what overall success looks like regarding the shoot. This way we know the outcome the customer is looking for goal wise. We would then send out proper documentation for the customer to review and sign, schedule the shoot that is most convent for the customer and then execute our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have taken a number of photography courses, which helped us refine our skills in the field, and enabled us to take on bookings by a number to clients. Ranging from models and companies throughout the country, to departments of the Florida and Caribbean educational system who see the value and quality in our work, which solidifies ours skill & technique.
