Property management fees will vary depending on the property and requirements and I follow standard real estate fees.

I prefer to meet with them to find out as much as possible about their plans and what will be required to meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed realtor for thirteen years and have been involved with over 400 real estate transactions over the last few years. I understand what's important with personal residences, investment property and property/community management.
