- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off selling alarm systems door to door. I loved meeting and talking with people and it showed. I quickly got promoted to a managers position until the company was sold. I was out of a job and hated having that feeling. I decided to open my own alarm company and run the company based on customer and employee feedback instead of a board of directors. I admit I don't know everything, but between our dedicated employees and loyal customers, someone will most likely have the answer to any question, issue, or obstacle we may come across.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We install, service, repair, and monitor security camera and alarm systems. We do this all day, everyday for homes and businesses.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We install condo's all the time. We recently had a job where we were having camera feedback at night clouding the pictures. We had to have a cctv tech go over at night to try and figure out the issue, he could not figure it out. We then sent our top cctv tech over and he fixed it with simply a piece of black tape. I am proud because I have 20 years experience myself in this industry and had no idea what the issue was, but could rely on a dedicated employee that also has 20 years to get the job done. The customer was extremely happy in the end.
