Found Pogo security thru Thumbtack and I appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism.
I chose to contact them because instead of giving me a quote right away, they asked to talk first and schedule a free walk-thru for a more accurate quote so there are no surprises when we do the installation.
Sam met with me at our property. Its a mixed use commercial and residential property about 6,080 sqft, and gave two quotes on installing 7 or 5 cameras. We went with 5 cameras. He did the installation himself, it took 5-6.5 hours because he had to install the cameras on a 2nd floor roof.
The wiring is clean, they provide a box that stores the DVR, internet modem so its all together and out of sight. The phone app is easy to use and the nighttime viewing is great. This property is in a rough area and it's not gated. We've had issues with transients lingering on the property because it's vacant.
Their prices are competitive and they came lower than the previous security company we worked with. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and open communication. They took good care of us and we are now scheduling them to set up two more properties.

Everything went very well. Sam gave a lot of good recommendation on how to go about doing our project. He re-wired our office so we would not have wires everywhere. The security cameras he installed were perfect. I highly recommend Pogo Security.
