Elvis reached our goals and then just like Emeril "Bang took it up another notch!" His public relations skills put our Woodystock Benefit Concert into new markets and helped us garner coverage from media outlets we had never been introduced to previously. We are happy to say that we had hired Elvis for that one event, but as a result of his work & creative thinking we have joined in on a long term deal with him to help our non-profit go to the next level. For 2015 he has produced a comprehensive plan inclusive of social media, public relations, copy writing and brand strategy. We liked the work he did in 2014, we're pleased with the 2015 plan and we're off & running. We take our funding very seriously because every dollar we spend needs to be used to it's fullest so we can help more people in the community- we found that Elvis was worth the investment in what he produces. He is intuitive, but also understands where we are right now and how we want to grow so the PR & marketing plan he put together reflects that timeline. He is a big picture guy who works hard for your ideas/programs/companies. He is the guy you call when you want to put plans in action. Need a guy? Well, we got one --- Elvis is our guy!

Elvis Anderson is a unique all-round marketing professional. While working for me, the majority of his focus has been on travel public relations – he’s created travel packages; written website copy and organized, planned and executed two press trips for me in Eleuthera. We’ve promoted various hotels and restaurants on the island and from a PR standpoint; we approach it as a destination and share the publicity across the island. As a result of the first trip, we secured publicity from some of the most influential magazines, newspapers and online outlets in media. He was also able to secure airfare for the journalists on both trips, he tells me this never happens, but I was pleased – the airfare total value was approximately $6,000.

We hired EAMC to roll out comprehensive Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube campaigns and launch our blog.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It was a direct mail campaign that secured six golf scholarship offers for me coming out of high school. I sent a letter to every college golf coach in America expressing my interest in playing collegiate golf and it worked. My high school coach began to receive calls and I began to receive offers - it worked. I experienced the benefits firsthand of marketing at an early age, it just made sense to me. I was creative, I liked to write and I enjoyed developing plans... I never considered another industry.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be open to a strategy you haven't considered, rather than shopping for someone that can execute a social media marketing campaign for example... consider the professional that can analyze your business and effectively connect the dots between your brand and your big picture goals.
