Craig responded immediately to my request for a quote. After reviewing the valve leak issue, Friday, February 20, 2026, he provided a couple of solutions that were fair and timely. I was going to have him replace the valves and in the future provide the timer. He advised that he could do that but it would be wasting money as he would have to replace the valves again. I went with replacing the entire pipe/valves and add the timer. He completed the work Monday, February 23 that was beyond my expectations. His professionalism, honesty, expertise, and his overall attitude won me over. Craig is now my go to guy for all irrigation needs. I highly recommend!
