Toby at Waterwise was super nice and took care of a couple sprinklers that needed heads replaced and placed on risers. The work was done quickly - less than an hour and fairly priced. I would use again!

Once again, Water Wise Landscape Solutions has proven themselves to be far better than any other irrigationrepair and maintenance company I have ever used over the last 30 or so years. Michael, who does all the field work, is a star at what he does. I had a wet check done because my sprinklers, while getting decent coverage, were spraying water all over the place including copious amounts out into the road which was a total waste of water and money. In my backyard my patio, grill and chairs were getting watered as much as the lawn. It was a mess. When finished, Michael had all areas getting the necessary coverage while eliminating all the over spraying. He is meticulous in getting it right. I also want to add that this is a company that values integrity as much as doing great work. There was a misunderstanding along the way owing to the owner being out of town. I am pleased to report that misunderstanding was dealt with immediately upon his return. This is a company you can trust in all respects. A rarity these days. Water Wise Landscape Solutions, without question, is the company you want to call when you have irrigation issues.

We were extremely pleased with Toby and Michael at Water Wise Landscape Solutions. Our irrigationsystem developed a major leak, we called Water Wise, and they came out the very next morning. The leak was expertly repaired, and we were given a very reasonable estimate for readjusting our sprinkler heads throughout the yard. All work was accomplished at that single visit. Great customer service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our assessment fee is $115 for residential properties and $165 for a full system audit on complex or high water bill situations. Drainage design consultations are $225 (which is credited toward the job if hired). Repair work is priced at flat rates — you receive exact pricing on everything we find before we start anything. Repair visits have a $150 minimum. We don't offer free estimates. Every repair and upgrade we recommend is aimed at keeping your water bill under control while preserving your landscape — most of our work pays for itself over time in water savings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers book a paid on-site assessment online or by phone. We require this for every new property because irrigation systems are complex and interconnected — the problem a homeowner notices is rarely the only one present. Running every zone and walking the full property ensures we're pricing and repairing the complete picture, not just the symptom that prompted the call. Homeowners are often surprised by what we find. Once our technician documents all findings, you receive a detailed estimate with flat-rate pricing on recommended repairs and upgrades. We help you prioritize work to be completed based on urgency and budget. Repairs are scheduled at your convenience — you don't need to be on-site when we perform the work.
