- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process after determining that we are the right fit includes a Onbroading phase where the clients will complete personal information about themselves and their business. After which they will upload the needed documents and we will continue to communicate until your services is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Finance and over 10 years in the tax industry directly and indirectly. Currently Awaits my EA certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started in High school, providing tax preparation services to low income households for free. I fell in love with the process, but ultimately took a break to venture into the mortgage industry, however I was still auditing tax returns (Individuals, Sch C., 1120S, 1065, 1120).
